Apple has announced iOS 13 as the latest in a long line of operating systems for its mobile devices. Not surprisingly, the company hopped right into the new features available, including the revelation that Face ID unlocking is now 30 percent faster. App downloads will be up to 50 percent smaller, and app updates will be up 60 percent smaller.
