EA isn’t happy with Battlefield V and its performance; the game was called out as the big reason that the company fell short of its earnings goal and its stock tanked. EA was lucky enough that Apex Legends launched and brought its stock back from the a steep nosedive. EA is still working on Battlefield V and delivering new content to the game;
